Ms. Kirzecky is a founding partner of TKG Healthcare Consulting, a strategic healthcare consultancy working with leaders in healthcare organizations to develop advanced business change strategies and plans to drive optimal patient health and outcomes, meaningful innovation and financial vitality. Ms. Kirzecky was awarded a certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management – Emphasis Healthcare, by Stanford University. She brings her expertise to Stakeholder Advisory Services, LLC as Senior Advisor, Healthcare Strategy, working with boards and executive teams of healthcare organizations to understand and address their unique enterprise risks. She was instrumental in developing the enterprise reputation risk management framework and approach for health systems (E-RRM™).

Ms. Kirzecky has more than 30 years in the healthcare industry includes roles in hospital, pharmaceutical and medical device, as well as consulting environments, in both clinical and business disciplines. She is recognized for her ability to organize the complexities of medical science, healthcare delivery, stakeholder perspectives and business implications in solving complex challenges and arriving at creative and practical solutions.

In prior roles, Ms. Kirzecky was President and CEO of World Medical Leaders, a novel, Internet-based news, medical education and communications company for physicians, in which she led the organization in developing products to meet anticipated legal and regulatory requirements, driving business with clients ranging from health systems and government to medical societies, and realigning the company through a post-bubble restructuring. A long-time marketing executive at Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Kirzecky’s experience in managing nationally recognized prescription and over-the-counter brands, as well as medical devices, spans 14 years. During her tenure at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Pharmacy Department and in cooperation with the hospital COO, she created a novel business vertical to generate revenue outside patient care, which provided consultative services to external healthcare system stakeholders.

Ms. Kirzecky has served as Adjunct Professor, is a member of the Advisory Associates at Rutgers University Ernest Mario College of Pharmacy as well as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council. She has served as expert panelist for FDLI/FDA, AMA, and ACCME, and is a registered pharmacist in New Jersey. She holds BS in Pharmacy and an MBA.
